Same code for all locks and hard to get a hold of.
Every lock has the same code, so there goes security. The walls have holes in them, so yet again there goes security. Also, it took us an hour to actually get a hold of somebody during business hours, and when we finally did the unit we reserved wasn't available. So we got a smaller unit at the same price, and not all of our furniture will fit through the doorway.
They don't answer their phones, even during the hours that they say they're open. They also don't have anybody on site. It took us an hour to get a hold of them. When we finally did get a hold of them, they said they didn't have the size of unit that we reserved online. There are holes in the walls of the units, there is zero security measures in place, and there were other people there when we were who went to open their storage unit, and somebody else's stuff was in it. Super disorganized, dirty, bad customer service, and not secure.
