Great Customer Service at Facility
The lady at the front office was so nice and helpful. She made the check in process so easy. We were put into the wrong unit through customer service when we made the reservation on the phone. She actually walked over to where we were unloading to talk to us and gave us a 15% discount due to the inconvenience because we already had things unloaded. 5 stars is not enough! She went above and beyond. Her customer service was top notch. I dont remember her name or I would give her a personal shout out!
