I entered the front door and the two women (Sara and Carmen) both were very pleasant and helpful. I was there to help load a friends truck and they offered me a place to sit until they arrived. I asked to use the bathroom and was walked to it and Sara even looked inside to make sure it was presentable. Who does that? My friend arrived and we loaded the moving truck. Everything went smoothly.
