A delightful and professional experience with a manager by the name of Auston. He made me feel right at home and was aware of my concerns and needs. I have been in customer service for 20+ years and I haven’t seen such incredible customer service in a long time. Such a gem and asset to this company.

Met the new manager of the place extremely professional well put together business. They truly operate in a manner designed to make it as easy for the customer as possible. They take facility cleanliness very seriously, and they have top-notch customer service.

property was very clean and had climate control options! Austin the manager was knowledgeable and really took his time to go over all my questions and didn’t make it feel rushed. thank you!

RATS!!!!!! BEWARE!!! This storage facility has a SERIOUS RAT INFESTATION!! They are in the ceiling, dropping down into the individual storage units. My personal possessions are COVERED in RAT FECES!! Thank goodness, most of my things were stored in plastic totes, but they even chewed into the plastic lids trying to get in. Still, I have had to wash everything that I had stored in disinfectant. But there is the absolute KICKER! I learned from other tenants that the owners have known about this problem for over SIX MONTHS, and never notified any of the tenants. I found out the hard way, when I went over to add some things, and open the door to find filth covering everything! Not just feces, but urine, and some kind of brown slime smeared all over the tops and sides of my plastic totes. I have been cleaning for a solid week to get out of there!! Had they notified me at once, I would have been able to minimize the damage. Two weeks after I reported the damage, management has still done NOTHING to ADDRESS THE ISSUE! No offer for restitution, no offer to refund, no offer to assist a 71 year old in cleaning up the mess...NOT EVEN AN APOLOGY!!! STEER CLEAR!!!! and if you have valuables stored here, you'd better check on them ASAP.
