Osmon was probably the best CSR I've spoken with in the last 5 years. Walked me through the entire process and even looked up bus schedules for me. Explained every detail clearly, was patient with this old tech-challenged guy. You better keep him with your company!

The service rep was very helpful. He found the storage facility that was closest to where I wanted to be. He gave me all the information that I needed and really made the whole process super easy. He was able to book my short term rental and I was done the whole process in five minutes. Two thumbs up!
