  Nothing but good things to say about Public Storage

  I have nothing but good things to say about Public Storage! The facility is very well maintained and strongly secured - each renter is given an access code to enter the building into the storage unit area, and the same access code is needed to operate the elevator as well. I was very happy with the cleanliness of the facility as well as the state of my storage unit. My expectations were also well exceeded in terms of customer service - the Public Storage staff are friendly and incredibly helpful. I had the pleasure of working with Taylor who went above and beyond in terms of customer service to ensure my experience at Public Storage was a good one. I'm very grateful to the staff for making a difficult time of transition a little bit easier. Thank you!

  Taylor Winters, the representative we dealt with, was amazing. Completely knowledgeable, professional, and very friendly. We had issues due to our closing and had to make changes to our storage move-in and she handled everything and made it all work seamlessly for us. The facility is very clean and easy to get a truck up to. A very good experience! I recommend this facility 100%.
