Extra Space Storage - 2136 - New Albany - 2307 Grant Line Rd

It's a typical storage unit facility. It's well kept and secure. It's a decent location with easy access. I had a small unit that wasn't climate controlled. I was able to rent a small climate controlled unit elsewhere for less. My rent increased from 33 to 66 (plus insurance) in May and I was never notified. I also had issues with the previous manager of the location I was at so I probably would have given fewer stars had it not been for Jordan and Misty they are definitely a redeeming quality, provided excellent customer service and were easy to work with so I was able to move out on a good note.

Misty was over the top with her service for me. It's always best to communicate to share concerns and I am grateful she was such an amazing help. Misty ROCKS!!

Roaches in the facility, abysmal customer service, and rate hikes without any notification. Since the new owners took over, they've elected to raise the rent twice within less than a year. Do yourself a favor and find anywhere else to store your belongings, as this is a shoddy establishment with predatory business practices.

I have very good experience with extra space storage. They have always been helpful and kind and courteous highly recommend.
