the overall cleanliness and convenience of the unit is wonderful, i love it, pricing was great! Customer service on the other hand is shotty! I was given false information and had no idea about an app or how to unlock my unit. I called before going to my unit and no info was given rushed off phone call got to unit and had to leave costing me so much money in mileage for the uhaul in the back and forth recommend yes i would, but yall need better csr's and trained right and given right info, 24 hr call center to help your tenants!

Hi Mckenzie - I'm one of the owners of this facility and I wanted to respond to your review. At first I thought that maybe you reviewed the wrong facility, because I don't know what you are referring to about an app, nor do I know what you mean by saying you didn't know how to unlock your unit? However, I confirmed you are one of our customers so I wanted to respond because I have a lot of questions about what you submitted. We don't require an smartphone app to rent from us, or use our facility, and newly rented units are unlocked and available for new customers such as yourself. I talked to our Manager (Annette) just now and she confirmed that your unit was unlocked. I also don't know what you mean by "all the back and forth" as we're not aware of any issues you had with your rental? We don't use a call center and Annette is available both in person and over the phone to assist customers as yourself. The only thing I can think of is that if you have some areas of concern that you believe we should address or improve upon, please give Annette a call at the facility and pass along any constructive criticism you have and then her and I will discuss it. Thanks for your business and for taking the time to give us a review... albeit a bit confusing...
