I recently visited this Extra Space Storage location while searching for a unit large enough to accommodate a dry‑stored aquarium, and although the facility did not have a suitable vacancy, the experience was remarkably positive. The owner (Andree) was exceptionally helpful, demonstrating a level of attentiveness and care that far exceeded my expectations. Rather than simply informing me of the lack of availability, she went out of her way to identify nearby facilities that might meet my requirements, providing thoughtful guidance and practical suggestions. Her willingness to assist—despite the fact that my needs could not be met at her location—was both unexpected and sincerely appreciated. Her professionalism, kindness, and proactive support made a meaningful impression. While I ultimately secured a unit at their Mearns location, the quality of service at this location was outstanding, and I would not hesitate to recommend it based on the excellence of its management alone.

Andre made everything easy to understand, answered all of my questions, and helped me find exactly what I needed. Her warm attitude and great customer service truly set her apart. The people here are very friendly and helpful. It’s extremely easy to go back and forth from the loading dock to your unit and everything is very clean. Highly recommend. We purchased our unit through the website and it was extremely easy. Once we arrived to the facility on move in day, the staff helped us right away.

Clean, safe, and off the beaten path just enough to be tucked away yet totally accessible! Andree took very good care of me when I closed my account. She educated me and ensured I wouldn’t get charged for an extra month because the end of the month fell on a Sunday where no one could officially witness my last day!
