Customer oriented service
This is the first storage facility I have used that makes me feel like they care about their customers rather than seeing them as easily replaced revenue producers. The staff has been friendly and there are even bathrooms and water fountains.

The staff is truly wonderful and knowledgeable, particularly Danielle. The facility is super clean and I feel very comfortable having my stuff here.
