Lmao 4.8 lol for rating no no me and my girlfriend have been here probably like I wanna say four months. Our payment has went up three times and four months let alone they don’t answer the phone when they are open we have a code that was given to us and when we use it it never works. It says code not authorize. Storage Mart is what is called more like a market Don’t worry about calling them because they’re not gonna answer the phone. I have actually called them one time parked up Frank in my car because they don’t know my number saw the person sitting standing right there at the desk on their phone or maybe FaceTime someone off their personal phone didn’t even answer the company phone ridiculou. You have one job it is just to maintain a storage unit. You can’t even answer a phone Lmaoo. He will have their belongings inside of the storage unit, let alone me and my girlfriend have our daughter that passed away of her belongings in her storage unit ever trying to get them out !!!!!! So we can go through things, but no for when they are closed on a Thursday the code doesn’t work whatsoever. The customer service is ridiculous. The time when our payment went up, they never even emailed us back. If I were you, I recommend going to a better storage unit with better customer service. I guess this what huskers do here in Nebraska😂😂😂😂 y’all can at least win to answer the phone.

The property management at StorageMart is exceptional. Jenn is the sweetest lady. I have enjoyed working with her. She cares so much about her tenants and their property. The facility is clean and well kept. I've always been able to have any issues addressed quickly and with kindness. I highly recommend the StorageMart facility on 138th and Industrial Rd.

Before storing your belongings, ensure you have receipts for everything. Ifthe storage catches fire and you lack receipts, you won’t recover anything. I stored my items at Storage Mart, but unfortunately, it burned down, and my possessions were damaged. Their insurance company is requesting receipts for all items. I explained I don’t have receipts for everything since I bought these items from different stores, but they don’t accept that. I told the insurance representative that I don’t mind losing other items, but my kitchen stuff and clothes—especially my child's belongings—are essential to me, and I want to be reimbursed. She suggested I wash and deodorize them. From December to January, due to the investigation, we had nothing to wear. As the results,The insurance agent is pushing for a payment of $1860 for all items, showing no concern for our pain or loss. They only care about their money. I’m advising you, to take pictures as evidences,gathering your receipts before going to this storage.for now , I have to repay everything for my child.Be careful!!!

Terrible customer service and extremely unprofessional management. For two weeks before my move-in date, I called multiple times on different days trying to adjust my reservation and never once got an answer. I left voicemails and still never received a call back despite the office being listed as “open” during those times. When I finally showed up to store my items, I discovered they had already placed a lock on my unit without my consent, so I couldn’t use it at all and it became a complete waste of my time and effort. When I eventually managed to reach someone and was told to come in during business hours, the manager was rude, dismissive, and completely unwilling to understand the situation. To make it worse, they refused to refund the lock they put on without permission. The storage facility itself is fine, but the staff and customer service are absolutely terrible. Be prepared for zero communication and disrespectful treatment.
