Great place
We pulled in & had gone to the "wrong" storage units thank goodness! As the place we had reserved online/phone did not have a unit after all. At Ozark Storage Center- she was extremely accommodating on a stressful moving day giving us a larger unit for the smaller price. Good security & good location. 24hr access.

Great value for the price.
Reserved unit on line and that was easy & I saved an admin fee. Next day went to office & that took about 15 min. Third day started moving things in. It was clean and easy to find. The only problem I had was that the numbers of the units only appear going in one direction. If you come from the opposite direction you have to break your neck to read the unit numbers. With neck problems already, it was painful and very frustrating. Again, is my only issue. Of course Wed is the 1st day of the week & I need to pay for another month & I'm hoping all goes well. So glad I found them.

A few issues
Our cost per month is $40 which is reasonable. However, I'm still confused how our first month (20th-30th = 10 days) was prorated at $27 when it should have been no more than $13.33. The office personnel (perhaps an owner) couldn't figure it out, either, though honestly she didn't take the time to figure it out. Another problem we encountered was our access code not working. Had the staff (once again I believe they are the owners) not been leaving the office late (just as we pulled up) we would have been stuck with a rental truck load of items to be stored and no way to get them to the storage unit. The unit we are renting had a wall installed creating two new units and the new unit numbers had not been set up in the computer system. They quickly resolved the issue and we were well taken care of.

Manager's Response April 21st, 2013
We are happy that J Hayes was eventually satisfied with our facility. Our managers try to carefully take care of each customer and all their needs. They are accessible even after office hours because they take the office cell phone with them when they leave. The owners of the facility always welcome a phone call if the customer has any problems. Frequently Asked Questions

What size storage unit do I need?

Hover over the different sizes under the ‘Available Units’ section for this facility to see what fits in each space. When choosing a size, remember to think about how you intend to use the unit. Are you trying to cram it as full as possible, or do you need some extra room inside? We always recommend leaving a pathway for easy access to items at the back of the unit.

How tall are storage units?

Storage units typically have a ceiling height of about eight feet. Special units like “storage lockers” are around five feet or less. Units for vehicle storage will have higher ceilings to accommodate RVs and boats. Call us if you need more help on choosing the best unit size for your car, boat, motorcycle or RV!

Do I need climate-controlled storage?

Climate control is crucial if you live in an extreme climate or a location prone to swings in temperature. Opt for climate control if you’re storing items like leather furniture, antique woods, important documents, photos or electronics.

What are the minimum number of months I can rent?

Storage leases are typically month-to-month, so you are not obligated to a set rental length. However, many facilities offer promotions and discounts that require a minimum rental length in order to be redeemed (for example: First month free with two-month minimum). These terms will be detailed above.

Do I need a reservation or can I just walk in and rent a space?

Most facilities welcome walk-ins and don’t require a reservation. However, because prices fluctuate often based on demand and availability, we recommend booking beforehand to secure the unit and price before it changes. By using SpareFoot you can compare units and prices near you and then book online or by phone for free.

What is climate control?

Climate control keeps your belongings safe from extreme temperatures and will protect your items from warping, melting and discoloring. Most facilities that offer climate control will maintain your unit between 60 and 80 degrees Fahrenheit.

How wide are storage unit doors?

There are two types of storage unit doors:

  • 1. Swing door: A standard room door.
  • 2. Roll-up door: Rolls up just like the door on your garage.
Roll-up doors are eight to ten feet wide. Note that there are typically six inches on each side between the unit door and the edge of the wall.

What is 24-hour access?

This means you have the ability to access your storage unit whenever you need to—even when the office is closed.

Do storage units have electricity or electrical outlets?

Although electrical outlets are not common for most storage units, some facilities offer them as an amenity for select units. Storage units with electrical outlets will have “Electricity” listed under the “Features / Amenities” section of this page.
