Security Public Storage has the best prices for boxes I’ve found. The office is very clean and well organized, which made the whole experience easy and pleasant. Rudest people we've ever had to deal with! Have had our unit there for 25 years and in the last couple years things have gone downhill. Multiple times we've been notified that payment was not made when in fact it had been, they just hadn't checked their mailbox in a week and a half (said person that works there). One of the doors to our unit is not working. Walked all the way to the office to notify, months later still not fixed and state there aren't any notes about it and tried blaming me. Was spoken to in a manner no one should be and hung up on. What kind of service is this? Will be moving things out of there as soon as possible! Oh, and when renting a truck and returning there, they tried charging a lot extra to point i had to deal with corporate to get a refund for money they auto took without permission. Go anywhere but here. Posted on behalf of my experience and my elderly parents being taken advantage of.
