Dixie Lee Nelson is an amazing professional who takes pride in her facility and company. She took time to ensure we understood the different units available and walked us to see them. She then expertly and patiently walked us through all paperwork.

Don’t EVER rent from these ppl! Their insurance company is complete fraud and the managers at the front desk will not take your side and will lie straight to your face! I told the old manager Wes Brown that there was mold on my furniture back in October 24. He said, ok that’s fine just make a claim when you move. Then in May I spoke with the new grimy manager Dixie who also stated that I should take pictures of everything and include the unit number in the pictures. A few weeks later, I filed the claim, then Dixie responded to the claims adjuster stating that I never said anything about mold in my unit and why didn’t I request a new unit. I called her on their recorded line right afterwards and she indeed confirmed that she remembered me and “had my back”. Two days later I get a vm from the claims adjuster stating that they don’t cover mold and don’t know how the water got into my unit. All of my furniture is COMPLETELY DAMAGED AND THEY CAN’T DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT!!! COMPLETE SCAM THAT THEY MAKE YOU GET INSURANCE THAT THEY WON’T PAY FOR. I don’t know how mold got on all of my belongings but I will never use extra storage space again. Horrible how they treat their customers.

Jennifer was very nice. We asked to see the unit to see size to know if it would be big enough. We decided it would be. Rented unit for4 months. Units seem nice and secure.
