Pine Grove Storage

We had our storage unit broken in here recently and come to find out this is not the first break in. The owners of this business never told the other renters that they were having brake in problem so it continue to happen to people renting here. Our lock was cut off and replaced with a new one, half of our stuff has been stolen. This is well over $10,000 dollars worth of our belongings and clearly they were coming back for the rest. I didn't have another lock with me so one of the workers gave me on to put on it. I am not accusing anyone but it is the same exact lock that was placed on our unit by the thieves. I know you can buy these on Amazon but there are thousands of locks on Amazon and in stores, what are the chances of this lock they gave me being the same one? Our unit was also the only one broken into and by chance the one with by far the most expensive stuff in it. I won't go any farther with this but it will be investigated until we or the sheriff's office finds out how this happened.

I rent a unit for a year and at first they did seem good until they never let me know that other units were broken into so then I could up the security of my unit like putting my own camera inside of it would have been the best way. Due to my lock was cut off the first time in November but nothing was taken if I know of so I had to put a new lock on there. Then again in April my luck was cut off again this time half my storage unit was gone. I was never even offered a sorry without me asking or even a month for free for the inconvenience or the stress it caused of being violated due to someone broke into the unit.

It's a storage for the price just don't really like the hours, they're not open long enough at night time.
