Extra Space Storage - 6574 - Reno - Kietzke Ln

I have been looking for a storage unit for a week or so, and I had a place I wanted to rent, but out of 4 trips to the location I was only able to talk to staff 1 time. They were closed or out of the office the other 3 times. While waiting at lunch for them to reopen, I decided to check a couple more places, and I found Extra Space Storage. I went through the web site to rent the storage unit, but was unable to complete it since I needed to pre-pay for longer than just one month. I decided to stop in and talk with the staff at Extra Space Storage, to see if they could help me out. The facility is clean and well kept. Not a lot of parking but there is quite a bit of street parking, so overall not a bad thing. Walking into the office I was met with a very bubbly and personable Michelle, who was able to set me up with a 6-month pre-payment option. Though not the year I was hoping for, 6 months will work. And about $400 per year cheaper than the other facility I was trying to rent at. Overall very impressed with the very clean facility and amazing staff. Thank you Michelle for a pleasant renting experience.

The office crew at this location is absolutely amazing there very friendly and helpful to all of my needs . I definitely refer anyone who's looking to store there things I recommend this location on keitzki lane

I needed a storage unit and Kim in the Kietzke Office helped me. First, she called me to tell me that the unit was available; then we met and the process went smoothly. I would recommend this facility to anyone needing well-kept storage.

My wife rented this unit to clear my garage (only space of the house that’s really mine lol) of her “she”nanigans, and I was skeptical at first being this was our first storage away from the home. Michelle, the on-site manager who is FANTASTIC at what she does, assured us that our belongings would be safe. After meeting her in the office so I would know where to go, I felt at “home” with her demeanor and professionalism. She even checked on me a little after me moving items into the unit and offered me a bottle of water! So thankful she did that! Thank you, Michelle; you’re an awesome asset to this location!

Great option for storage in this area. Very reasonably priced compared to others in this part of Reno. Awesome customer service was the icing on the cake for me! Couldn't ask for better, friendlier people to work in the office. I appreciate how thorough everything I asked was answered and explained. And all done so with a beautiful smile and terrific attitude! Definitely will recommend this location to my friends and family. Customers are treated like they matter and staff strives to make sure you're informed and content with the rental procedures and processes. Its nice to see there are good people in Reno still!
