My move came unexpectedly, therefore I needed storage on an emergency basis. I found Heritage Storage online and called to get information. When I spoke to the customer service agent he was able to answer my questions and concerns and helped make this situation seem like a non-emergency. After making the reservation on the phone with the customer service agent I was able to confirm and secure storage in a very short time frame. The whole process took me less than one hour from the initial call to the customer service specialist to visiting the onsite facility to secure the unit. I can't express how happy I was, not to mention stress-free due to the immediacy of need. Thank you for such a seamless process and transaction.

I have enjoyed a very positive experience with Heritage Storage. My questions are answered in a timely manner. The unit is so easy to get to when I want to retrieve something or put something inside. Mr. Chipping is super friendly and assists me as needed. I highly recommend this place!!!
