Good huge unit!
Renting the unit over the phone was easy and quick. Its a good size unit! In a well lit area! The gate is extra wide and works very well. It stays open long enough to get back in your vehicle to leave. My assigned unit needs some upkeep. One door doesnt work, the latch is stuck. But even when I finally got the sticking latch open, the door didn’t budge. I worked and worked to get the latch to close again so I could lock it up. It may only need WD40, I didn't have any with me to try. The other door has a broken handle missing a rivet, the other handle worked. I got to the unit for the first time last night. So I haven't had time to contact anyone about that yet. I'm sure they will fix it or move me to a working unit since there are open units. The Waze GPS sent me to the back side of the units where you have to turn around. The guy was probably tired of that happening next to his house, since he threw Fireworks at my vehicle. Or he was just throwing fireworks into the road where I happened to be, beside his house, on a Friday night? I turned around and found the way in to the units. Like most long empty units it's dusty with dead bugs and lots and lots of spiders. I didn't go far into the unit because of the black widdows. I had a small broom I tried to relocate the ones I found to outside. I'll come back with a bigger broom and head lamp to find the rest, if they are any more. The bottom of the unit has a small rusted out hole, so it's obviously only been a spider unit for awhile. With a boom and leaf blower, the unit will look almost new. It's a huge unit! With a tall celling! The cellingbis not falling in like other units. It doesn't have a light like other units I've rented, but that's OK. The area looks kept up! It is a well lit area with others comming and going. There are a few pot holes, so drive slowly around. The online price of $99 is wrong. Half off it was $159. It's actually a $ 260-a-month unit or something regularly. But it is a huge 10×30 unit!
