Awesome device and facility
Suzie is a fabulous employee with her professionalism, friendliness, informative self and made the entire experience painless, stress free and really heartwarming. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve recommended this business to everyone I know already. I am truly grateful to have found a place that makes you feel secure about your belongings being outside of the home.

Great storage facility
I reserved my storage with spare foot which indicated this was the least expensive storage facility for what I required. Easy from start to finish. Mike was excellent at Buxbear storage showed me unit offered other options available as well. Went extremely smooth. Moved my things in. Only recommendation I can give is the hours of operation are changed to indicate itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s open 7am-7pm.

Customer service was A #1
Mike checked me in. He was absolutely great! Explained everything, no hidden costs, no hidden rules, and he made the whole experience a pleasure. We walked out to the yard and he showed me the unit just to make sure it worked for me (it did). Then we went back to the office where he went through the paperwork and explained why they needed certain information. He was clear and straightforward. I like and respect that. Also, when I first got there I parked in the wrong place. Mike didn't give me a hard time about it, he just pointed out that the truck was in a bad spot and showed me where to go. Lastly, the unit was clean and the roll-up worked properly. Great place. Oh yes, they allowed me to pay month to month with no promise of how long I would be there.
