Make sure to always have a copy of your receipt or a screenshot if you paid electronically, you might wake up one morning and your unit is locked

-NO STARS- Both of our storage units were broken into one the lock was cut and the other another tenant had climbed over the inside walls. Over 10,000 dollars worth of stuff has been stolen not to mention all the priceless sentimental items. The owner was not only not helpful he was down right rude he would tell me one thing then say he never said that. Very untrustworthy! I recommend no one use these units unless you want to be robbed.
