Brenda has always been so helpful and friendly ever since we moved our stuff into a unit 3 years ago. I really appreciate her willingness to work with us and I like that we can access our storage unit any time of day. Definitely recommend this location!

I have been using this location for storage and u-haul rental for over 3 years now and couldn't be happier! The staff is friendly, understanding and knowledgeable. I would rate it higher if I could.

I reserved a large unit on line, and received a call the next day that that unit was taken so had to go with two smaller units. I explained that we would arrive the next day to move in to one unit and would arrive the following Friday to move in to the other unit. We drove 2 1/2 hours pulling a u-haul in the rain only to find that both units had been given to someone else. I thought we reserved them, at least one for sure. We were then offered a climate control unit instead which we didn't need but were okay with and she agreed to give it to us for the same price as the non-climate control unit. After 30 minutes of failed attempts to change the pricing in the computer our choice was now to "take it, or leave it" at the full price. So out of desperation, we took it. She did try, but was unsuccessful, so we we were the ones that paid for it. My advice to anyone reserving a unit here, make sure to pay in advance and keep your receipt or the reservation means nothing. I wish she would have told me that on the phone the day prior to arriving.

This is by far the best best place to rent a uhaul. Very nice and helpful if you have a choice use them before going to the Gator Hole trust me! Hands down best place for uhaul rentals in or near the area!!

The units are 10x10 and lower. This has been the most inexpensive place we have found to store our belongings while our house is being built.
