Difficult to see a human onsite
The price is great but I was expecting to see a person in the office at 10:30am to answer questions such as where my unit was which did end up easy to find, where could I find a cart to use, had difficulty figuring out gaining entry which once I did was easy, and once I found a cart which why is there not one for each section but only 2 which I didn’t know about the second one and the one I had at first screeched so loud I had a headache. When I Finally talk to a person they advised they would be there in a few hours and thought only 1 cart so she didn’t know about second one till she got there and found in another hallway and I checked 3 myself. Also advised me that there wasn’t wd50 to try and spray the one I had used and thst even then it would still be loud. I appreciated her and trying to help she was the one positive thing that happened. But why is there nobody there just pop in to other properties? The phone system to get a person was terrible couldn’t understand the person who responded in customer service do hung up and the prompt to speak to the property mgr? I think it said was not answered but leave a messsge. I thought great when would I hear back but it was only 10-15 minutes later. Owner invest in more carts and get rid of the junk one. One per haul why should we have to search for a cart to use!?
