My experience at Wayne Madison store & Lock has been a good one, it has easy access. It has always been kept clean. although I’ve never met Nikki from the office anytime I had questions she has always responded back in a timely manner and had answers/information, I would recommend them to anyone!!!

I have rented a storage unit from Wayne Madison Store & Lock for several years. I have never had any issues with the storage facility, as far as weather damage, having access to my storage unit or any type of communication with Nikki. I feel like my items are safe there, since you have to have a code to get in the gate to access your unit. I would not rent from anyone else.

Make sure you write them a written notice when you remove your items from their storage because my son found out telling them verbally isn’t enough and they charged him $120 for an empty storage unit said it had to be a written notice. The lady wasn’t very helpful with the situation and it didn’t say anything about this stipulation in the contract.
