We are in the process of painting/remodeling and apologize for the disarray in our office. There was another customer in the office, leasing a unit, when Mr. Gibbs arrived, and as a result, Mr. Gibbs did have to spend a few more minutes in our office than the average tenant. We strive to be as helpful as possible, including helping tenants to determine the size of unit that best fits their needs. We often spend extra time with each tenant (both in person and on the phone) to help them understand the process. We are unsure as to why Mr. Gibbs found us âvery unhelpfulâ.
