Excellent service and clean modern secure facility. Easily accessible for unloading and loading your items to move to storage.

Could have been a better experience
I went the day before to sign up and arrived 12 minutes prior to closing. They refused to provide me service. I came back the following day which was very inconvenient and was there start to finish for 14 minutes. So much for customer service.

Current Gate Will Not Allow 30' RVs through the gate without assistance
The entry code post can not be reached without leaving the vehicle except from a car. This means that it takes more than one person for any vehicle combination over 30' to enter the parking area. You must have a way to rectify this condition now, not next month or next week but now. I was also told that it was possible for the gate to close on a vehicle. If true, this is also unsat and would generate law suits for restitution. Since you don't own or run the storage facility I am using, you would be well advised to pass this on to those folks.
