Great price. Not staffed as led to believe.
No one was present at the facility. We called days before to verify times and they were not accurate to our actual. Frustrating experience. Excellent price.

Hi Jason, I am really sorry that your experience with ABC was less that excellent. It is always our goal to make sure all of our tenants are satisfied with our service. The location at 1605 S Lyons, is a completely automated property with an off site office, which is located across from the Longhorn BBQ on Highway 2 West. We have staff on location with access to the property from 9am to 6pm Monday through Saturday and 10-4 on Sunday. We also have several security cameras on the property and in all hallways, that are in plain view at the office location. We also have personnel on and off that property through out the week to check on everything and clean the grounds. If there is anything that I can assist you with please contact me at 509-624-2248. simple and quick. Exactly what I needed. When I called spare foot they were very helpful and full of info

I set everything up online. When I arrived they had paperwork ready to go. They had me choose a round lock off the wall (free). I chose a day to use the truck (free). Service was great. I'm very happy!
