IT IS A HOMELESS CAMP!`
They force you to pay for insurance (I think its because they rent to homeless people that stay there and they break in) , the office fee is $29, they tell you the first three months are $36 but because they force you to either have renters' insurance or force you to pay for their insurance and that's $16. Well your first three months are not as cheap as they tell you. More like a bait and switch. To top it off they sent me to a unit that had a lock on it. I could not drive back as I had a trailer and I don't know how to back up with it. I had my puppy great pyrenees who is never in the public and she did not have a leash or even a collar, why because she is a country dog and not exposed to other dogs or even strangers. I could not leave her in the truck because it was over 83 degrees and I could not leave her in the truck with the windows down because 5 doors down there was a homeless camp in one of the storage units. So she walked with me back to the office. I walked in they immediately kicked me out because the dog was not on a leash. Even though I tried to explain to them why, they did not care. So, I went outside. There were 4 different times and individuals who just walked up carrying back packs to go to their storage....hmmmm. The office is right by the road and the noise freaked her out so she took off. I could not hold her in my arms as she is really big. So I left back to the truck to keep my dog safe. I just said forget it. This is not the place for me. I went up the road about three business spots to A-1 storage and for the same price without the forced insurance I got what I needed. They also have a policy about not allowing people without a vehicle to rent there, so there were no people just walking up living in their storage units. I would never rent from here nor recommend anyone to rent a storage from here.
