  WOW. Very Impressed with Jackie and her professionalism with zen-like patience. I forgot my appointment but she was willing to help me the same day instead of rescheduling. She even ran out the door as I was driving away without my license. PS has an expensive pearl of an employee who is willing to go the extra mile for the clients. Thanks, again.

  I had to get a storage space at Public Storage recently and I was helped by Tracey. I thoroughly enjoyed having her to assist me with my needs. She explained everything to a "T". I also took note of her "bubbly" personality, which is surely contagious!??. When considering doing business it's "WHO" is helping you that makes the difference, and Tracey was that person for me.   Excellent Customer Service

  My first time renting a storage unit, although several friends and family members have used Public Storage, and didn't know what to expect. But reserving a unit on line was easy....and was called by the Office Manager at the Public Storage facility to schedule an appointment. Also, got email reminders about the appointment and what I needed to have with me. I'd highly recommend this facility if you need storage of household items prior to moving.
