Don't be fooled!
I was told that the 50% off storage fee didn't require a minimum number of months. I was also told that I could reserve 2 storage units and if I didn't need the second, I could just rent the one. However, when I arrived I was told by the manager that I had to rent a minimum of 2 months in order to get the pricing and I had to rent both units because they only rented them together. When I told her that was not what I was told when calling to make the reservation, she told me that she was the manager and the information she was provided was correct. So apparently it doesn't matter if you get misinformation from someone else. Too bad. No apologies given. Also, the amount of paperwork to sign in order to rent the units was extremely excessive and I had to complete the paperwork twice for the 2 units individually. I will never rent from this group again.
Couple arrived with truck ready to unload. Stating that they would only need one of the units. Because of the property fullness I explained that I would move them to another unit that was not in a double situation. Two side-by-side units could be converted to one large 40â unit. She chose to keep the two units. She was rushed because she came in with movers who were being paid by the hour. The offer over the phone when she made a reservation thru our answering service was held for several days and was for 1 month half-off depending on availability. Paperwork could have been done in advance to save time. We are a month to month property and this client was offered a better deal and she took it. She received two months half-off instead of one on both units. Also I had my assistant manager go with her husband to open up the units and let them start loading before the documents were signed. It was a stressful day for Ms Beverley. Our apologies if we added to the stress of your day;however two units require the same paperwork to be signed on each unit.
