First time storeing but so far a overall great experience.
The manager was very helpfull and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions and was able to make the processes quick and easy. As for the price, although I am still very happy with the price I pay each month, the price I was quoted over the phone compared to the actual price was a bit higher. There was one other problem throughout my experience that was not so quick and or easy. When I finally arived to my storage space the look was still on it, the manager had forgotten to unlooked it before she left for the day. I had to wait an hour before being able to get my things into storage. After a full day of moving my entire house with just my sister and I, that hour felt like the longest hour of my life! She was very sweet and apologetic. Overall I would recomend this storage.

For the brand, this is an ok site. Facilities not well maintained.
Broken code key boxes are one of my biggest complaints.
