I reserved a specific size online and all of the units that size was either not available, unable to be accessed, or had debris from previous renter. She quickly aiding in trying to find alternative solutions without downgrading me or inconveniencing me even after she constantly kept having issues accessing certain thing on the computer. Her determination and understanding of my time was and is greatly appreciated. She made a potentially negative situation beyond positive.

Very good service and storage unit
The staff was very nice and explained the move in procedure efficiently. The storage unit was just the right size for my friends and I to share! Would definitely recommend!

Facility provided just the place I needed to store some extra items before putting my home on the market. The staff was very helpful. Note that there could be extra costs, like purchasing a lock -- you have to use a specific kind of lock on the unit -- and insurance if your items are not otherwise covered.
