Second person? Did a lot of waiting...and waiting...and waiting.
Nice enough gentlemen running the place - when he was not dealing with IT issues or out of the office on other matters. Not having a second person on hand to assist was showing to be a point of frustration for both customers and the "manager" as well.
Computer system was down when I arrived, and I was sent to another location to "check in" to my unit. When I returned the system was back up apparently, and a line of customers were awaiting their turn. One actually got tired of waiting and put her retail items back on the shelf and left.
I had "signed out" a moving cart (leaving my I.D. in the office), and became concerned I might be stuck at the storage location because the manager had left the site (lunch?) and of course locked the office. Another gentleman came to pick up/drop off items at his unit and asked to use my cart, since he couldn't get one from the office. I was done with it, so I let him use it. Thankfully, just as I finished off unloading all my items the "manager" returned and I retrieved my I.D. and left.
The overall experience was mediocre at best - too many "lows" dragging down the highs. Also, an unfortunate effect of the delays was the extra charges I got hit with on the moving truck because I ran over my intended return time. Thankfully, I was able to have those refunded / negated by the truck rental company once they were told my story.
