Manager nice when renting. No help with problems later. Mold!!!
I stored my belongings in an outside storage unit. Five and a half months later when I moved it out there was mold on my furniture. I put down tge heavy black plastic that the manager recommended. I called as soon as the movers were done the same day. The person's response was "sorry". The manager called me a couple of days later and emailed me paperwork to fill out. We sent a lot of pictures and filled out the paperwork and sent it back. Tge manager said she was sending it to a regional manager. We didn't hear anything after a week so I called again. The manager told me she hadn't heard anything but that they probably wouldn't cover any removal of the mold because I didn't pay for the extra insurance. I've still never heard anymore from them!!! They could have let me know either way. Would NEVER rent there again!!!
