The process was okay but I had a really hard time understanding the person on the phone because his accent was so strong. Most entire conversation was having to be repeated and it was confusing. Overall my experience was okay.

It was really easy to find the best deal closest to me and to book it online! The map was very useful and accurate. I found a 5X5 less than 2 miles away for only $40 per month!!
