  Even though I haven't rented from public storage just yet, due to me shopping around. I just have to mention how sweet and attentive Nicole is! She was so patient with me! I had so many questions and concerns and she had no problem answering them! She knows A lot about the company and the units! When it came to insurance she was a pro!! I loved how she wasn't trying to just get me in and sell me on a unit! She wanted to make sure I was comfortable with my decision and i wasn't pressured into Renting a unit! I will definitely be renting from this location! Nicole is an exceptional worker who takes her job seriously and treats her customers like family! I wish I could rate more stars because Nicole definitely deserves them!

  I was very pleased with the service and accommodations I was given at public storage! Nicole was courteous, and happy to help me. Shes very knowledgeable about the company and had an answer for every question I had! I would recommend this storage location to meet your storage needs!

  Nicole was an example of OUTSTANDING customer service. her knowledge and experience were extremely helpful in choosing the right unit for me. she was also very friendly. the storage unit was clean and I highly recommend this location.
