  Great option for temporary solution for folks belongings

  I was looking for a storage option when we needed to store some belongings from my parents house as the relocated into assisted living. I reached out to Public Storage as an option. It was the easiest, most efficient and professional customer experience I could imagine. Dee was so helpful and walked me around to look at multiple size options. She answered all my questions thoroughly and helped me select the right unit. The quality of the facility was great and th security and convenience were awesome! Highly recommend this for your storage needs!

  I am so impressed with the staff at this location. From the first phone call inquiring about a unit to actually securing a unit, they are amazing. They bend over backwards to accommodate me with very little notification from me. Penny is awesome. Very professional, courteous and just amazing. Would highly recommend them.

  Penny is the definition of customer service! she was beyond friendly, answered all our questions, and made sure we got the package that works best for our needs. One of the most pleasant buying experiences I've ever had. You can tell she loves her job because she is so personable and knows all her tenets on a first name basis.
