Rude front desk. Very high rates. Security gate was left open for a month
Very expensive. Rates were increased and insurance became mandatory.
The front desk is rude, they. Will not provide anyone with their corporate phone number. A week After moving out of one of the two units I rented they still billed my card for another month. The clerk refused to assist me, telling me the facility charges if the unit wasn’t swept clean. I had to show him a video I took of the unit empty and swept clean before he decided to go check for himself before making a note in the computer the unit was clean.
He refused to give me the corporate phone number.
I am still in the second unit, When my card expired I was charged $64 late fee. Once again I went in to the office and the same clerk Emrik once again refused to assist me. He insisted I pay the late fee. He still refuses to give corporate info or manager info. When I stated I’d leave a negative review he told me to go right ahead.
I pay for a 24 hour secure unit, the am gate was stuck open for over a month, and the electricity doesn’t always work. When I asked if they would look into it they told me that they don’t charge for electricity so they will not be fixing it. The unit is pitch black at night therefore not accessible once dark.
Once I’m able to find another facility and get a moving van I’ll be leaving.
