Needs some repairs
There are repairs that need to be made in the area that I use. The large cargo door that is nearest to my unit is out of order forcing renters to use a small door to move belongings and furniture through. Both bathrooms are out of order. The unnecessary entry door to my unit's hallway is broke and needs repair. The fact that this small door exist is a impediment to moving furniture and such in and out of the hallway. My movers also expressed that this door was an unnecessary restriction. Also, it has a push button lock on the inside hallway side of the door. If it were inadvertently locked by someone leaving the hallway, renters coming in could not gain access to the hallway and consequently their unit. If this happened after hours, there would be no one available to unlock it. Regarding the broken doors, I was told that there was no information about when or if repairs are going to be made. This is a relatively new facility that already needs repairs.
