If you want to paying more for less
I have been a customer for two and some months years, the one reason why I remained a customer were the price, cleanliness and excellent staff workers. Since the pandemic 2020, this company ignored the economic impact and decided to increase rates with only a one month notice. If the increase was merited it would have been fine, however, in my case the increase was more than a almost 40% overage. They couldnât even as a loyal paying on time customer reduce the increase rate to pay at least 25 or 30% less then offered. Shame on the proprietor, landlords werenât even allowed to increase tenants rents. Lastly, this company isnât keeping up with the extermination, theyâre are rodents causing damage to storage units and this wasnât the case in the past, I complained about it and was only given the option, to inform the facility, they will take a report, photos, so this can get processed through the insurance I already pay for. So the solution is, I should reimburse myself for damages, caused by rodents. My response is looking to upgrade apartment space, so I donât have accept pay more and receive substandard services.
