  Hello

  Hello, I like how clean the units and business was, however, I did not appreciate being told I had to buy the insurance to protect the content. I don't mind you asking me, but demanding I buy it, is different. Good thing I know about off premises coverage from my HOI policy, otherwise I would have paid for something I didn't need. Thank you,
