DO NOT RENT SPACE AT THIS LOCATION! We had a 10x10 climate controlled unit for over 1 year. We had to move all our items because the roof started leaking due to the fact they did not keep the gutters cleaned out according to the person working the desk that day. Thank goodness only empty boxes got wet that time. During the year we had the unit they went up on the cost twice. When we moved our items out in Oct. 2012 we discovered that unit had leaked as well. Unfortunately I lost some items and pictures that belonged to my mother who is deceased. When I went to the office to let the girl at the desk know she told me to take pictures and fight it out with the owner!!!! Even though they are supposed to provide a leakproof unit!!! She didn't even seem to care that we had damage to our possessions!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORAGE FACILITY!!!!

Yes Mr. Chambers rented from us over a year and was told to take pictures of unit to send to home office we have gave them a couple of months free for last time and gave credit for all the times account was late. Yes at any storage faculity there will be increases and two out of 1 and hour years of renting is not bad. You can check at other properties. And we have great security here it is so lite up out here at night looks like a football field and we have 24 hour security cameras and each customer has there own personnal code to the gate 24 hour access. So we handle everything professional . We do carry Insurance that we offer to our customers. Just wanted to reply because its always two sides of a story.
