The customer service is excellent. The process is smooth and informative. The best storage company ever. I have used Public Storage all over the country in my travels since 2007. My last experience at Mount Holly Huntersville was awesome, the last gentleman, was awesome. Thanks again

My grandfather and I were putting a few things away into our storage unit this morning, and the manager on site, Kody, was gracious enough to come up to us and check on how we were doing, and checking to see if things were working out with the unit. Property is clean, and staff is extremely friendly and helpful!

Monique was very nice,friendly & helpful. She showed me my storage area explained everything to me she made me feel very comfortable about the choice I made. I would tell anybody to come to this storage & talk to Monique. She makes you feel like family & makes sure you get the best deal.
