Great service! Jo was extremely helpful, answered all of my questions patiently, and explained the terms of my rental clearly. Only need my unit for 1 month but if I need storage again, will return here! Best of all I saved $50 over what I thought I was going to spend. For me every dollar counts. So thanks Public Storage for hiring quality people.

I go to multiple public storages in the Charlotte area and beyond. This location is by far my favorite. Jo and Halliean are both excellent when it comes to customer service and just all around outstanding people. I look forward to my next trip to this location as always.
