First of all it is not a storage facility in the sense one expects, a free standing independent facility. It is a tenant in an old factory warehouse that provides storage rental. This causes several issues. You cannot access your unit if one of the art galleries that lease space in the building is having a showing or whatever they're called. There is only one elevator that is used by every other tenant and waits can be unacceptably long and that is if it is working in the first place. The hours are awful, 8am-6pm M-F, 8-3 Sat & Sun, so if you need something early you better plan ahead because it is not accessible before opening or after closing (unless you're willing to pony up a hefty fee!!) Do not be surprised if you arrive during normal business hours and they're closed either, they invent holidays and only post a note on the door! As a tenant you should have a reasonable expectation of access, you won't here and it cost me dearly! Not only a fee to rent equipment I needed, but I left town and was charged 80 bucks in fees for late charges...because they left early.
Do yourself a favor, go to a real storage facility.

Here at East Bank Storage, we pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service and regret any issues or inconveniences that you may have experienced.
Our days and hours of accessibility are clearly listed on our website. (Our hours are Monday through Saturday, 8 am to 6 pm and Sunday 8am to 12 pm.) In making a decision to rent a space from us, you had ample opportunity to check this out before signing on. We do not rent equipment; in fact, we provide complimentary carts to our customers.
While most customers use the new automatic elevator, there are also two additional available freight elevators.
The only days we are closed are on Christmas, Easter Sunday and New Year.
All our customers can pay their bills with us online from ANY location they are at just by clicking on the tab 'pay your bill' on our website. Customers have 100% access to their payment history on our website.
We have had satisfied customers who have stayed with us for more than 10 years without any complaints (and are still with us) but we still encourage them to give us feedback which helps us improve our business processes so that we can continue to be a world class storage facility. I would like to mention that if you had been unhappy with us, you had ample opportunities to e mail our site manager which is an option that is clearly provided on our website as well.
We provide an accessible, carpeted, clean, safe and inexpensive storage units 7 days a week.
