  Came into office to inquire about storage and the managers Bianca and Renee answers all my questions and was very knowledgeable. I really enjoyed the customer service

  Bianca has the best customer service ever. She is always pleasant and courteous. It is always an pleasure to do business with her. I can't leave shronda out. She is awesome as well.

  I have been doing business with the manager Bianca for a few years and she has always been so professional and helpful. The property is always clean and what I love the most is she knows me by name. You go girl!

  I have been a long time renter here @ this facility and the manager Bianca have always been so pleasant and helping. I just stop in to make my payment and there she was again with a smile. This is a great place to store

  When first coming to Public storage over 2 years ago I met Bianca who made my moving transition easy and worry free. Bianca's knowledge was amazing she was very helpful and friendly & always went out her way to make sure I was satisfied with everything. Bianca's customer service went above and beyond, she's truly an asset to Public Storage. I would recommend this Public Storage @ 8484 South Chicago 60617 to everyone I know that would need Storage Bianca is the best!!!!
