  10'x10' unit actually measured only 8.75' x 10'!

  They advertised - and rented to me - a "10'x10'x10'" unit. But, when I went to inspect it, and actually measured ... the front-to-back distance is only 8'8"!! I alerted the agent to this, and asked to see one in another section of the building - in case it was, say, just one row of units that was short. But the other one, in another section of the building, had the same front-to-back measurement, a full 16 inches short of the 10' being presented. Everything else seems great, and I had been satisfied using them some ten years ago, as well, so I'm staying with them. But this blatant misrepresentation leaves a bad taste. And puzzlement ... as I would have been quite satisfied with their offerings if they had presented it as, say, a 9'x10' unit. With that label, the unit would still be several inches short of 9', but it wouldn't feel like bald-faced misrepresentation.
