Get what you pay for I guess
Horrible experience with the actual facility, not customer service. Was told couldn't do it all on line by rep at the storage unit, had to bring in paper work. Went to facility on day and within hours says office open. No one there called office number no answer. Called customer service line and they said they would connect with on site manager. No answer left another message didn't call back until much later. Guy than gave me his cell phone to contact him next day so we could arrange a time. Next text texted him several times,called and left messages no response. Called customer service line and they said they could do all on line and get pass code. Did that. Go to show up and the space is so small.(was NOT 8 feet) Luckily some one was in office and she said we should have looked at the spot before we said ok. I stayed we tried and no one was here. She said she could give us another spot($1 to transfer it🤦‍♀️) that ended being ok.it has-been a nightmare trying to get it all set up. The parking storage is not clearly marked. Spacing not true ..very frustrating.
