When i first got there we had some...

When i first got there we had some issues with the computer not showing up the fall special. It was extremely aggravating but jamie handled it very well. I got upset and she did not falter at all in her customer service. She offered another option and then started going through the process on the computer just for the fall special to come up finally. I was extremely impressed with how she handled everything!

The customer service was outstanding at...

The customer service was outstanding at a number of facilities in Colorado. Each person I spoke to was polite, helpful and patient. I'd like to especially give a shout out to Teresa at the Edison Avenue facility in Colorado Springs. She went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met.

Made a reservation at one location and...

Made a reservation at one location and when we went to look at it it was a bit small so they looked at other locations availability for me. She found me a ten by twelve unit that was only 10 more dollars than the five by ten I originally booked and they transferred the reservation for me. They made the whole process so easy and understandable. The only complaint I would have is when you book online they don't tell you about the key you have to buy and the renters insurance so that was a surprise cost but its totally worth it to feel like my belongings are secured and safe.

Excellent service

Excellent service, knowledgeable and polite staff. Security and lighting are excellent also. Theresa and Robert are very helpful.
