Too difficult to get ahold of office
I got an email with my lock code and storage unit number. There was no gate code in any of the confirmation emails I got. When I arrived at the facility the sign said open but the door was locked. Followed the instructions and called the number it said. There was no answer. After waiting, I talked to someone at a call center who made me give them everything I had already given and had to repeat several times because they didn't understand me. I finally got the gate code but they neglected to tell me you had to enter some other digits besides the number so I had to call back. All this is happening when I'm paying 2 people by the hour to wait. Also, I received an email on my confirmed move-in date that I was being charged for removing the lock and putting on another one since I left the unit unsecured and my 48 hour deadline had passed. It turns out they made a mistake by going by the date I signed my lease and paid online. It was very clean but I deducted because the restrooms were locked and the water fountains didn't work. All in all, comparing it to the storage facility I moved from, I'm disappointed so far.
