  Lisa was very good and helpful. I would give 5 stars but I think making the customer buy a $20 lock because they use a special lock on certain units is insane! Other than that everything was great.

  Had problems with checking in .

  Had problems with checking in . Had reservation vuessing computer systems issue

  Called to pay

  Tried to call in a payment because I was on vacation, but they said I had to go to a local store (the closest to where I was in Florida was more than an hour drive). Very frustrating but eventually we figured out how to get the website to let us pay online.
